The shared thoughts of a non-professional on stocks companies healthcare and any other things that come to mind. The two hour IndyMac (IMB) conference call gave me plenty of time to contemplate how much confidence I should have in a mortgage lender’s overall LTV (loan to value ratio). I concluded that it tells me little. Two portfolios can have an LTV of 80%. The first portfolio’s individual loan LTVs range from 40% to 90%. The second portfolio’s individual loan LTVs range from 60% to 110%. The second portfolio is obviously more risky than the first. The “skin in the game” can only be measured on an individual loan basis and the dollar amount in the higher end outliers determines the foreclosure recover risk. The two missing pieces of information are the current value of the homes used as collateral and the dollar value of each LTV tranche of the portfolio.

The HTPC. HDTV & High Definition divide Home Theater PC Enthusiasts or be to talk in High-Definition ? This is Guru3Ds do Community of HD and HTPC. Yeah been thinking about buying a cheap HDTV and need help on deciding which t v to choose. Westinghouse LTV-32W6VIZIO VX32LYeah if you guys/gals declare some other t v please feel free to and my budget is 500$ with shipping. Thanks. I did a lot of shopping around and took a good be at both of those. As far as conceive of quality goes they are both pretty much the same. The Westinghouse might be just a tad bit sharper but. I haven't seen them align by side so I am not positive. The Vizio has better features though. I evaluate I would go for the Vizio. It has a higher contrast ratio and it also has two hdmi inputs. while I was looking budget (granted a higher budget check) I checked out the bigger 1080p screens of both companies... Westinghouse has it's fair overlap of faults (remote control randomly freezes oh and the warranty sucks)Vizio looks good but when I actually saw them in the store I wasn't impressed. Sure it's a nice cheap calculate screen but I had them fasten it up directly to a Bluray player to rule out a crappy communicate and I've come to notice what's on paper doesn't always equate to similar performance. Good luck. In the end I went with neither of them (.. sorry I just liked that emoticon Vizio screens be junky to me. Cosco. BJ's. Walmart etc.. are flooded with Vizio screens if that's any help. Can't say much about Westinghouse; I've heard good and not-so-good things. In the end it's all about what your eye likes the most. Not what some salesman or piece of paper tell you.
